As a one-stop, full service, custom metal fabricating facility, MetaFab offers precision metal-working services, producing products with the highest degree of craftsmanship. Included among those services are the following:

High capacity shearing to 3/8" HR x 120", or 1/4" HR x 144"

Capable of single hole, step or gang punching of sheet metal, light plate and structural in nearly all shapes and sizes.

CNC controlled brake presses for accurate repeatability:

All forms of MIG and TIG welding procedures.

3/4" Hot rolled, 1/2" Stainless, 3/8" Aluminum. Virtually unlimited shape of part. Material is not limited to metals, (i.e., Wood, Flakeboard, PVC, Formica, Plexiglass, Cardboard, etc.).

CNC controlled slashing of Aluminum coil stock to length.

Slitting of nearly any rolled goods to width.

All types of machining possible, in a wide variety of materials.

CNC controlled, 3-axis router, machining PVC sheet to 1".

A variety of textured, sandblasted, polished or painted finishes is available.
