METAFAB FILE UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

Uploading files to the MetaFab website requires the use of an FTP client.
Several free FTP clients are available to download; MetaFab recommends
"FileZilla," which can be downloaded from www.filezilla-project.org at
no charge.

Follow the installation instructions as provided by the FileZilla website
for your operating system.

Once installed, start FileZilla.  You should see two window panes.  The
one on the left shows your computer; the one on the right will show the
MetaFab website once you are connected to it.  You will also see four empty
fields across the top of the window, labeled "Host," "Username," "Password,"
and "Port."  To connect, input the following information and click the
"Quickconnect" button:

Host = ftp.meta-fab.com
Username = uploads@meta-fab.com
Password = MetaFabUploads

Leave the Port field blank.  Once connected, navigate to the file(s) you need
to upload in the left pane.  To upload, simply double-click on each file and
wait for the upload to complete.  When finished, exit FileZilla.  Please make
sure to send an e-mail to admin@meta-fab.com advising us of your upload so we
can see to it that it gets to the proper person for review.
